This guide details the Akixi reporting options.
The Akixi reporting portal is displayed by left-clicking the "Reporting" link found at the top of most pages once one has signed in. The portal is where reports are displayed when running them in the telephony environment.
Legend | Name | Description |
1 | The report list section details all of the reports which are available to run. This entire area can be collapsed / expanded by clicking the button at the top right of this panel. The "My Reports" section will allow one to run any report simply by clicking on it, where it will then appear in the main report area (3) and also in the Active Report Tabs (2). | |
2 | Active Report Tabs | This section shows the reports which are currently running. One can click to-and-fro any running report. If one has any custom attributes active on the report, they can be displayed by hovering over the tab of that specific report. |
3 | Active Report Area | This is the main body of the reporting portal, which displays all the statistics of the report one currently has selected in the "Active Reports" tab (2). If there are no reports currently open, this area will be empty. |
4 | Report Toolbar | This allows one to perform actions on the currently displayed report:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() X Device Filter - This allows one to quickly filter the active report by an extension / hunt group / call center. One can select one device only, or multiple by checking the tick-box next to every device. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
5 | Clickable Column Headers | Most reports can be sorted, exceptions being "ACD Activity Log", "Historic Call List" and the "Desktop Wallboard".![]() ![]() |
6 | Call Control Toolbar Buttons | If the account is associated with a telephone, one can use this bar to make new calls, put active calls on hold and terminate an active call. If there is no space, the extra buttons will be hidden - but they can be expanded by clicking the ![]() |
7 | Add Report Button | Click this button to add a new report. |
8 | Change Report | This button is enabled when only one report is checked from the Report List. This will allow one to modify the selected report. |
9 | Delete Report(s) button | Use this to delete any checked reports. They will be permanently deleted. |
