Press the messages button on the telephone, or dial the voice portal number for the group

Enter the pin

Press 1 to access the voicemail box

Press 2 to change the busy greeting

Press 1 to record a new busy greeting

Press * 

Press 3 to change the no answer greeting

Press 1 to record a new no answer greeting

Press * 

Press 4 to change the mailbox extended away greeting 

Press 3 to record a new extended away message
