Call Pickup Groups
This guide is designed for administrators managing Connect it services in the Anywhere Portal and need to manage call flow settings. ucSKILLS includes video tutorials covering the main call flow settings.
Call Pickup Group
Pickup Groups are configured under Call Flows in the side menu.
To add a new pickup group, select Add button, enter a Pick Up Group Name and select the users required to be in the pickup group.
A user can only be a member of one pickup group.
Once the group is created, to add new users to the group, click on the required pickup group and click the Assign button to choose new users. Delete users here by selecting them and pressing the Delete button.
