Your email address is used as your login for Webex, the Anywhere User Portal, ucSKILLS, and Dubber call recording (if provided).
Make and receive calls using the Webex app with your business number.
Set up voicemail by clicking the Voicemail icon in the Webex app.
Call, send messages, and hold meetings — all from one app.
If you’d like to use an approved IP phone, the Connect-it Admin can register your device in the Anywhere Administrator Portal using the MAC address (found on the bottom of the phone or in its settings). Registration only takes a couple of minutes.
Mobile Anywhere gives you access to a business line on your mobile via eSIM.
Download and install your eSIM using the QR code provided in your welcome email.
The ucSKILLS portal is available to Business Voice users (not Zebra Mobile users).
Admins receive full access, including setup, configuration, feature videos, and admin tools.
Users receive user-level content, such as Webex training, portal features, device use, and voicemail.
Go to ucskills.com and log in using the password link from your welcome email.
Visit the Connect-it Support Portal to browse articles, watch quick setup videos, and access user/admin guides.
Use our AI assistant on the Connect-it website for 24/7 answers.
