How to Delete your
free Webex account (step-by-step)
1. If a user would like to use Webex via Connect it, their email address needs to be unique. If their business email has been used to sign up to a free Webex account, then it can be removed by following the below steps.
2. Go to https://settings.webex.com and select the ellipsis on the top right of the identity card. If you cannot remember your password there is a “forgotten password” link.
3. Choose Delete account, and select Ok
4. When you click OK, you’re signed out of https://settings.webex.com and your account is deleted immediately
