This guide is designed for administrators managing Connect-it services. It provides an overview of the Connect-it Anywhere Portal and what you can do within it.
The Anywhere Portal is used to manage call features, flows, voicemail, and analytics. It is not used to manage users, assign devices, or make commercial changes.
Your welcome email will include the login details you need to access the Anywhere Portal for Business Voice.
Users: Access with the same credentials used for Webex. This provides access to basic call settings such as voicemail. In many cases, users may never need to log in, as Webex works straight out of the box.
Administrators: Access via separate login credentials sent in the welcome email.

Use the admin or user login provided in your welcome email.
View and manage voice feature settings
Create and configure call flows, including Hunt Groups, Call Queues, and IVRs
Assign group and holiday schedules
Set call forwarding rules and dial plans
Manage paging groups
Access call logs and basic reporting
The following actions cannot be completed in the Anywhere Portal and must be done in the Connect-it Portal:
Adding or removing users
Assigning or de-assigning phone numbers to users
Removing or reassigning devices (except iPhone handsets)
These steps must be carried out in the Connect-it Portal to ensure service synchronisation, billing accuracy, and full support integrity. An integration to sync these functions with Anywhere is in development.
⚠️ Important: Making changes to users, numbers, or devices directly in the Anywhere Portal may cause service desync issues and require re-provisioning.
