Accessing hunt group voicemail
In order to log in to a hunt group vmail you can either call the main voice portal number, enter the extension of the hunt group you will then be asked for the vmail pin for the hunt group vmail.
You can also log into the hunt group vmail by pressing the vmail key on your device and once connected, rather than entering your pin. Press star you will then be asked for the extension of the huntgroup vmail after this the voiceportal will ask you for the pin for this account. You will then be able to listen to messages and configure the vmail box.
Known Errors:
Being locked out via incorrect pin : Please raise a ticket with support.
Voicemail "This operation cannot be completed at this time." : Please raise a ticket with support
