How to display a user's Call Log
To display a user's call log, you must first log into Loki Portals
If the domain portion of your userId is 'connect-it.co', please only enter the local part as the system's default domain will be automatically added. If however your domain part is something else, please enter the full userId.
Logged in as a User
Click the tab My Calls, you will be presented with a page in which you can specify which dates you want displayed. Entering an email address will send out the call log to your inbox in CSV format, alternatively clicking the Submit button next to Export to PDF or Export to CSV, will download the file via your browser.
Logged in as an Administrator
Navigate to the User you wish to view call records for by selecting the appropriate Group and User at the top of the page.
Select the My Calls tab, where you will be presented with a page in which you can specify which dates you want displayed. Entering an email address will send out the call log to your inbox in CSV format, alternatively clicking the Submit button next to Export to PDF or Export to CSV, will download the file via your browser.
Please note call records are imported from the system CDR file, and so include both internal and external calls. The data is imported daily from the most recent archived file - and so is delayed by around 48 hours. Records remain in the database for 2 months.
