Order New Numbers

Admins can order new business phone numbers through the Connect-it Portal at any time.

Number Types Available

  • 01/02 UK Geographic Numbers (e.g. London, Manchester, Bristol)

  • 03/08 Non-Geographic Numbers

  • 030 – reserved for registered charities and Community Interest Companies (CICs)

  • 033, 034, and 0800 – available to all customers

⚠️ At this time, we do not support international numbers or other non-geographic, premium, or specialist numbers.

How It Works

  1. Go to Numbers > Order New Numbers in the Connect-it Portal.

  2. Choose the number type and area code.

  3. Select the quantity required and confirm.

  4. Numbers are provisioned and automatically added to your account.

  5. You’ll receive a notification once they’re ready.

  6. Assign the numbers to users or features directly within the portal.

Number Management Responsibility

To prevent waste, Connect-it enforces fair usage of numbers.

  • If you hold 20+ unused numbers for more than 3 months (not assigned to users or active features), we reserve the right to return them to our supplier.
